Biography
Lisha Daftary is a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for great design. She holds a MS in Art Business from Boston University and a BFA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Boston. Her portfolio is an intersection of craft, experimentation, and style. She aims to create works that are both technical and whimsical, analytical and artistic.
In addition, Lisha has worked as a creative operations professional with over six years experience in two countries and three cities in a variety of roles within the art world.
Lisha was born in Mumbai, India and currently resides in New York City.
Work
Lisha's personal practice often begins with a color story and evolves into a relationship between emotions, design and function. On this website, you will find work of various mediums: monotype, watercolor, collage and digital design. A multilayer approach to image making is the common thread that unites them all.
